Student debt pushing more people toward bankruptcy, lawyers say
No shit. I’m so thankful I had the luxury of working for Direct Loans dealing with federal student loan debt my first summer out of high school. I don’t know how many people I talked to with PhD’s, over $80k in debt, without a job in 2006. There’s a red flag, when the most educated people can’t manage to get a job.
