Mental
RUNNING. I went from literally crying on the floor out of frustration because I had to run 1 mile and walk back, to beasting a 5k for breakfast.
2012 I’m going to kick ass, like I always wanted! SO thankful I’ve found that mental break where running becomes this blissful state of surrender. Reaching the mental through the physical.
